RETURN PROCESS
If you want to return an item, follow this process:
Get in contact with us.
Send us an email to info@binilodesigns.com, call us by phone or send us a whatsapp at +34 689250304 indicating the following:
Order number
What product do you want to return
Reason for return
We will contact you to confirm the return.
Important: do not send the package until we confirm the return.
Prepare and send the package: Place the items to be returned in their original packaging inside the package and send it to the address that we provide you within a maximum of 15 days from when we confirm the return.
Money refund: Once we receive the package and verify the status of the product, we will contact you and refund the corresponding amount and shipping costs within a maximum of 10 days.
RETURN POLICY
General information
We offer a return period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. During these 14 days we must have received the communication of the return request.
Reasons for return accepted
Damaged, defective or incorrect products.
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, you can return it within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs will be borne by us if it is verified that the reasons for return are those that we contemplate in our return policy.
